Including this year, the Wooster Rotary Club has made 200 scholarship awards for nearly $360,000.
 
Due to the COVID19 pandemic, the traditional senior awards assembly was replaced with a hybrid assembly on Thursday, June 3, 2021. Students being presented with awards were invited to attend in-person and scholarship groups who wanted to make their presentations were done electronically.

This year, Wooster Rotary Club awarded $16,500 in scholarships to 9 Wooster High School seniors as listed below.
 
The Gordon Giffin Rotary Arts and Jazz Scholarship was awarded to: 
 
 
Neena Shell, who plans on majoring in music and/or political science.
 
 
The Leroy and Helen Adams Community Service Scholarship honors the outstanding volunteerism of Wooster Rotary Past-President Leroy Adams and his wife.: 
 
 
Elizabeth Snider will be attending the Kenyon College with a planned major of psychology. 
 
 
The W. Lee Culp Scholarship honors his 35-year commitment and dedication as the Wooster Rotary Club Secretary.
 
 
Macey Dillon,will be attending North Central State College with a planned major in nursing.
 
 
Five Wooster Rotary Club Scholarships were awarded to: 
 
 
Jensan Bauman will be attending Duquesne University with a planned major in the liberal arts.     
 
 
Zoe Chamberlin will be attending Baldwin Wallace University with a planned major in nursing.
 
 
Julia Hootman will be attending Xavier University with a planned double major in  DIFT (Digital Innovation Film & Television) and Marketing.             
 
 
Shannon Sarzosa will be attending Ohio University with a planned major in Child Life Studies.                             
 
 
Emanuel Butdorf will be attending Jacksonville University with a planned major in Mathematics with a concentration on Actuarial Science.
 
 
The Sam Shapiro Scholarship honors his philanthropy and excellent leadership of Wooster Club Past-President Sam Shapiro. Since established, this scholarship has been awarded 25 times for a total of $62,500. For 2021, it was awarded to:
 
 
Cassidy Brown will be attending Johns Hopkins University with a planned major in Biology PreMed.
